Ms. Sarcheck is of counsel with the firm, and has extensive domestic and foreign patent prosecution and procurement experience in the chemical and mechanical arts, as well as design applications. She has worked with clients to develop and protect their inventions for a wide variety of technologies including vehicle door and window seals, automotive systems and devices, storage systems, medical devices, inks, toners, inkjet and digital recording media, colorants (e.g., pigments), fluid compositions, printing devices and systems, 3D printing, optical films and protective coatings, detergents, silicone technology, microelectromechanical (MEM) systems, microfluidic devices, electrolytic cells, batteries, metal forming processes, nanotechnology, hydrogen generation/fueling systems, software, information technology including telematics systems, and business methods. Ms. Sarcheck has represented clients in securing patent rights, evaluating patentability, invalidity, and potential infringement, and has managed the full patent application lifecycle.
